When we are hooked up with the caravan we like to limit our travelling time to about 4 or 5 hours on the road.
By doing this it gives us plenty of time to stop along the way and enjoy the points of interest like Silo Art or even a special lookout or just the ever changing scenery. For these days I like to put together a light fresh lunch before we start our drive. It not only saves money, but we know we are eating healthy, rather than get filled up with fatty foods which can make you quite drowsy on long drives.
Between Esperance and Albany is a small town by the name of Jerramungup. We stopped in overnight at the Jerramungup Caravan Park. Great large drive through sites for $30 per night for 2 adults with power and water. The amenities are clean and had great hot showers.
