These are the ingredients I used and really I don’t have measurements. But it went something like this.
Thinly sliced rump steak (Thanks Graeme and for adding the chilli garnish)
White and red onion
Garlic
3 large mushrooms sliced
1 cup vegetable stock
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Sour cream, I generally just add enough dollops to suit our taste buds.
Smoked paprika
Worcestershire sauce – a few splashes
Coriander seeds – optional as not everyone likes them
Salt and pepper to taste.
The Bok Choy and Thyme is from our balcony garden and I just threw it in.
Basically I quickly fried the onions and garlic and meat in a little Coconut oil, then added the herbs and spices and then the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and right at the end the sour cream.
We had it with white rice and peas and corn. Very easy really.
