It’s hard to believe that we have been on the road for over a week now. It seems like a lot longer. Don’t get me wrong we have loved every minute and notice how quickly time goes when we are enjoying life . We have indulged in some great lunches and had a beer or two at some local pubs where we are staying after setting up our site. Generally we don’t eat out much but occasionally we will indulge in some of the local catering.
The Weigh In
The day we left we made sure that the weights for Jeep and Jayco were within the allowable towing limits. Thankfully they were so we were very happy.
Weighing In and weight is right.
Where Have We Been?
We left Coffs Harbour, NSW on Tuesday the 31st of October, 2017. The weather has been mild and is just today starting to warm up in inland NSW. The following are the overnight stops we have made over the past week. Just click on the links and they will open in a new page with far more discussion about our stay.
New South Wales
- Discovery Parks – Forster – The sunsets here were absolutely brilliant.
- Dunedoo Caravan Park – Dunedoo – A great overnighter.
- Double D Caravan Park – Peak Hill – Fantastic park where we stayed a few nights. Great owners who take pride in their park.
- Ardlethan – Free Camp – This was a great surprise to us for an almost free camp.
- Urana Caravan Park – This is situated right on the Lake and is a great, clean friendly park.
Town Walks
We enjoy taking walks around the towns we visit. There is so much history in all towns. Here are just a few we have enjoyed.
Lunches and Brunches
Generally we don’t eat out all that much. But for whatever reason we have started this trip with spoiling ourselves at a few places.
Oh my that’s more than we are used to. Back to the grind now. Walking, eating healthy and enjoying our travels……….until the next indulgence 🙂
Well that’s enough for now.
